This umbrella is small enough to fit in my purse, but large enough to shade me from the sun. The only drawback is that it is a little difficult to re-fold it to put it away. It takes a minute or two, and sometimes more than one try to fold it back so the strap snaps around it again. But it is well worth the effort to have such a beautiful parasol close at hand.
