This look is inspired by the Rihanna video S&M. While not an easy look to carry off on small eyes (like mine) this is an excellent look for those of you that have larger eyes or asian eyelids (because of the space you have). Don’t be too consumed with what colours and brands i used – use whatever you have. To soften this look – make the eyeliner under the eye softer and less thick (if that makes sense?). Thicker eyeliner underneath the eye can drag the eye down – not something you ever want to do. This look works very well for those of you that are either very pale or tanned to deep skin tones. People like me with excess red in the skin (think broken veins etc…) doesn’t always work great and the pink can make eyes look sore. So bare this in mind. I extend the tale of my brow and by doing this and arching it slightly downwards gave my eyebrow the impression it was slightly more arched than it really is. Normally i favour eyeshadow over eyebrow pencils as i tend to find eyebrow pencils a little bit on the warm side. However use whatever works for you – which might be nothing at all. Fake lashes are optional – of course – but do make a big difference. Often times however when i’m not using them i will apply three coats of mascara at different times during the makeup session.
